When you make WELLness a priority you are better able to:

  • Have better control over your emotions.
  • Adapt and create solutions to caregiving’s challenges.
  • Avoid the bitterness that self-sacrifice often brings.
  • Put an end to feelings of guilt and regret.

Over four days you will set your own goals for:

💡 Wisdom: that comes from being attentive, grateful, and curious.

🏃🏼‍♂️ Energy: that comes from your food, exercise, support system, and your physical, spritual, and emotional breaks.

😆 Laughter: that comes from within yourself, your relationships, and your entertainment

💞 Love: that comes from within yourself, your relationships, your passions, and receiving, plus the importance of forgiveness.

At the end of the workshop you will have created a plan, made a commitment to yourself, and have a network of other caregivers available to support you.
