Caregivers spend all day, every day making sure their caree lives the best quality of life possible.
But, who takes care of the caregiver?
This Workshop isn’t about complicated “self care”
This is about you prioritizing your basic human needs.
So how exactly does this make me a better caregiver?
When you make WELLness a priority you are better able to:
- Avoid burnout because you aren’t as tired.
- Have better control over your emotions.
- Adapt and create solutions to caregiving’s challenges.
- Avoid the bitterness that self-sacrifice often brings.
- Put an end to feelings of guilt and regret.
Over four days you will set your own goals for:
💡 Wisdom: that comes from being attentive, grateful, and curious.
🏃🏼♂️ Energy: that comes from your food, exercise, support system, and your physical, spritual, and emotional breaks.
😆 Laughter: that comes from within yourself, your relationships, and your entertainment
💞 Love: that comes from within yourself, your relationships, your passions, and receiving, plus the importance of forgiveness.
At the end of the workshop you will have created a plan, made a commitment to yourself, and have a network of other caregivers available to support you.
